The hotel is conveniently located in the center, making it easy to walk to different restaurants and close to the metro. The rooms are clean and spacious, with good heating/air conditioning. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a good variety. The Turkish Hamam is a great addition, providing a nostalgic experience for guests.
Some rooms on the upper floor may have issues with moisture on the ceiling and noise from the nearby restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was superb, right in the centre of Ankara. We loved the convenience of being able to easily explore the city and visit the nearby attractions. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff who always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities and a mini-bar. We especially enjoyed the terrace that provided a great view of the city. The soundproofed rooms allowed for a peaceful and relaxing night's sleep. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices and high-quality options. our experience here was excellent and we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

Attentive staff, apart from one receptionist lady. Clean and tidy hotel. Good location. Spa facilities need improvement, jakuzi and towels were not clean. Recommend for short trips. Close to American, German, and Austrian embassies. Convenient 7-minute walk to Kizilay shopping center. English-speaking receptionists. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Courteous and prompt staff.
